Sample weight training programs for women for fitness and sports are included in this section. Please remember that there is no perfect "one size fits all" program. These are just guides that you must adjust according to your own goals and needs.

I've set some common fitness and sports training goals for each program. I've also added a few tips and suggestions for carrying them out.
